Azimuth system requirements

Azimuth needs F16C, 16 GB RAM and a PC at least comparable to Steam Deck. Figures below are from the itch page, checked 2026-10-24. No specific desktop CPU/GPU benchmark table is published there.

F16C support matters more than a broad CPU family name. The developer gives Intel Core 3rd generation and AMD FX Piledriver as examples; check the specifications of the exact processor. The published figures are requirements and developer reference results, not benchmarks performed by this site.

Check your exact processor before installing

  1. On Windows, open Settings, System, About and note the full processor model and installed RAM. On Linux, run lscpu for the processor model and instruction flags.
  2. On Linux, look for f16c in the CPU flags. For Windows, verify F16C for the exact model in its vendor documentation or a CPU-feature report; a broad generation label is not a test of a particular chip.
  3. Check the active graphics device as well as the CPU: the official wrapper still excludes Intel integrated graphics. Do not mistake the ability to open the launcher for a supported game configuration.

What is not a requirement

  • An Xbox console does not need to be attached.
  • Xbox Live is not used. The official build is offline.
  • A specific Nvidia or AMD brand is not mandated beyond the Steam Deck-class note and the Intel iGPU exclusion.

Generated input-device illustration, not a compatibility test. The documented input path is an Xbox controller; wheel support in 0.9.10 is not native. Illustration only; not a game capture, launcher screenshot or hardware test.

The 0.9.10 notes retain the Intel graphics limitation. Cache warm-up and changes to High/Ultra can affect performance after updates; the developer explains this in the performance devlog. A slow first session alone does not establish a hardware-spec failure.

Questions

Will 8 GB of RAM run it?

The itch page asks for 16 GB. This site will not claim a lower amount works.

Are Intel integrated graphics supported?

No. The official page says they are not supported yet. The 0.9.10 devlog describes a possible artifact fix but says it was not confirmed on Intel hardware; this is not a compatibility guarantee.

What does Steam Deck hit?

The itch page gives 720p at 60 or 1080p at 30 as the Deck reference, not a promise of 4K60.
